Su administraci\u00f3n puede mejorar el equilibrio de calcio en el organismo de las vacas en producci\u00f3n al parto, o as\u00ed mismo mejorar los aportes de retenci\u00f3n del calcio. Aumenta las reservas de calcio en la vaca sobre todo en el momento del parto para contribuir a mejorar los niveles c\u00e1lcicos en la lactaci\u00f3n.<br \/><strong>El magnesio:<\/strong><br \/>Se utiliza en la alimentaci\u00f3n de vacas lecheras, por un lado, para mantener su nivel correcto en la sangre y, por otro, para garantizar un pH ruminal \u00f3ptimo (entre 6,2 y 6,5) que permita un correcto funcionamiento de los mecanismos de digesti\u00f3n ruminal (Goff, 2014).<br \/>El magnesio es un macromineral estrechamente relacionado con el calcio y el f\u00f3sforo. Por esta raz\u00f3n, cerca del 70% de magnesio se ubica en las estructuras \u00f3seas y el resto en tejidos blandos. El magnesio cumple funciones importantes en la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda.<br \/>En el periparto, la deficiencia de magnesio en vacas puede generar problemas neuromusculares de forma aguda, caracterizados por incoordinaci\u00f3n o convulsiones.<br \/>El magnesio es un mineral clave y juega un papel crucial en la movilizaci\u00f3n del calcio de los huesos y en el aumento de la absorci\u00f3n intestinal, y antes del parto, el acceso al calcio es esencial para garantizar un parto sin problemas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
